Chamara Kottehewa

Chamara is an accomplished finance and audit professional with over 20 years of international experience across the UAE, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, Thailand, and Vietnam. He is known for driving financial process optimisation, strengthening governance, and delivering sustainable business growth.

He is a Fellow Member of Chartered Accountants Sri Lanka, an Associate Member of CPA Australia, and an affiliated member of Emirates Accountants & Auditors. He also holds an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland and a BSc in Pure & Applied Mathematics from the University of Colombo.

Chamara’s career spans auditing, consulting, and senior leadership roles. He began at Ernst & Young and went on to serve as a C-suite executive in multinational hotel groups for over a decade, later becoming a Partner at JPA Management Consultancies in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, and JPA Chartered Accountants in Sri Lanka.
