Darshana Perera

Darshana brings 25 years of experience in Finance, Operations, Strategy, and General Management across industries such as Aviation, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, IT-enabled Services, Retail, Apparel, and Modern Trade.

He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, a member of ACCA (UK), CIMA, and the Institute of Professional Managers, and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Colombo.

With deep expertise in process optimisation, corporate restructuring, reengineering, and business valuations, he has worked at Ernst & Young, and held senior leadership roles at John Keells Holdings, Dialog Axiata, Hemas Holdings, and Brandix. He also serves on the boards of several companies, including as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Member of Sri Lanka’s largest dairy manufacturer.
