Steven Enderby

Steven Enderby is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years in South Asia’s private equity industry, serving as a Partner at Actis and leading major transactions across Sri Lanka and India. He later became Group CEO of Hemas Holdings PLC, where he transformed the company into Sri Lanka’s largest Consumer and Healthcare business.

He now manages private investments and sits on the boards of several leading Sri Lankan companies. Steven is also a trustee of the Ayati Trust, supporting children with disabilities.

A Fellow of CIMA, he holds a Degree in Economics & Accounting from Queen’s University Belfast and a Master’s in Development Studies from the University of Melbourne. Outside work, he is an avid mountain biker, explorer, and proud grandfather.
